We are a tour operator located in Cusco, Peru, responsible for operating different destinations both in our country. We provide quotations and reservations for the different tours we offer, and we also design tours based on the requests and interests of potential travelers. These tours include accommodation services, air transportation (domestic flights) and land transportation, guide services, restaurants, among other required services. We guarantee the quality of service both from our side and from our providers at each destination.
For the safety of our travelers, we recommend considering purchasing travel insurance in advance, prioritizing the safety of each traveler.
It is important to have a valid passport to travel without inconvenience. We will provide you with the necessary and updated information required to enter both Peru and Bolivia according to your country of origin.
We will require your personal information and a copy of your passport to make the necessary reservations for various services such as hotels, airline tickets, ground tickets, entrance tickets to certain destinations and others. We guarantee that this information will be handled appropriately and only for the purposes mentioned.
We recommend that you and your companions be in good health before traveling so that no health conditions arise that could affect your vacation during your visit to our country or Bolivia. If you have any health condition, please inform us in advance.
There is a possibility of overbooking, especially on domestic flights, which is the responsibility of the airline. However, we will provide the necessary assistance so that your trip is not affected as much as possible and as long as it is within our hands.
To confirm your reservation, we require a payment of 30% of the total price of the selected tour per person. The remaining 70% must be paid 35 days before the start of your trip.
Regarding domestic flights, cancellation and/or postponement policies differ according to airline regulations. If the travel date is modified, an additional fee to the airline must be paid, which will be covered by the traveler. In case of cancellation, a penalty of USD 65.00 per person per route will be applied.
If you book Inca Trail entrances (both 2-day and 4-day), a payment of USD 150.00 per person is required, which is non-refundable, since the travel date cannot be modified and the entrance is not transferable according to the regulations of the Ministry of Culture, the entity in charge of issuing these tickets.
Similarly, tickets for Machu Picchu, Huaynapicchu and Machu Picchu Mountain are non-refundable due to Ministry of Culture regulations. The non-refundable amounts are USD 50.00 for Machu Picchu entrance and USD 60.00 for Huaynapicchu and Machu Picchu Mountain.
